Every Moment is a Miracle

I saw this on another woman's blog and thought it was really worth sharing. It really fits the quote that I have at the top of my blog.

a little bit of this....a little bit of that

Yes Emily got glasses....No they are not real. Emily has been wanting a pair of "fashion" glasses. So today I took her to Claire's and she bought a pair with her own money. She is thrilled. You can't see it but they have some bling on the sides.

Wayne took Morgan & Max to the Monster Truck show today. They had a ball seeing all the huge trucks jump and crash....while Emily and I were at the mall.

Bargain Hunting--Goodwill Style

I have been wanting a lazysusan to hold my glues and paints for my craft closet but I didn't want to spend very much $. I found this scroungy one at Goodwill today for $3.99. A good wipe with a rag and a couple coats of porcelain colored spray paint and there you go.

I don't have a use for this yet, but I couldn't resist. $2.99 for a very ugly, silver, painted, banged up, wooden frame. I knew that a coat of glossy black spray paint would spruce it up.

SuperBowl Party

We had a couple families over today for the SuperBowl. The kids had fun eating snacks, playing basketball, and dancing on the Wii while the parents visited and watched the game.

Weekend Update

Yesterday was a gorgeous day and the kids were outside for literally 3 hours shooting hoops with Uncle Steve.

Lots of people have been telling us that they think Steve & Morgan look alot alike...what do you think?

We celebrated Steve's 40th birthday last night with PIE...of course!

Here is Max about to make a pass with his great coach watching him.

One quarter both girls played guard, which is fun for their mother.
