Jill and I decided we needed to get a pedicure today.  Some how the girls weasled us in to dropping them off at Metro Perk to hang out while we were getting our toes done.  Not sure who had more fun.

Date Night on a School Night

Wayne got tickets to the Blazer game from work so he and and I went on a last minute date.  It was fun to do something besides the normal weeknight routine....plus we had really good seats!

Braids....a family affair

Morgan asked me to braid her hair when she got out of the shower tonight because tomorrow is Wacky Wednesday at school.  Emily came in to help with the project and then Wayne wanted to see what was going on and said that he could braid too.  We didn't believe him but he proved us wrong.  I asked him how he learned out to braid and he said that he had an old girlfriend who was a hair stylist :-)......that got a good chuckle from the girls and I.

Pie Day

Yesterday was Pie Day ,as in 3.14, the mathematical  number.  So of course with a house full of math geeks and pie lovers we had coconut cream  pie to celebrate.

Wayne took the kids to movie night at Max's school tonight....I guess it was packed.

The regular season is over but last night was the first game of the tournament.  The girls team has had a rough season but last night they came away with a WIN!  The happiest I have seen the team all year.
