Not Much To Report

I have been bad about posting lately because we have been doing nothing but the pool lately.

Every night when Wayne gets home from work he and the kids jump back in the pool either before or after dinner.



Wayne showed the kids how to use a pair of pants as a life preserver in case they ever fall off a ship in the middle of the ocean....basic water safety from the naval officer.

Snorkeling

Wayne bought the kids snorkeling gear today. We are hoping to go snorkeling this year in Maui and thought the pool would be good practice.

Cabin-Part 2

The kayak was Papa's new toy for the lake. We all had a fun time trying it out but stayed close to shore.




The fishing wasn't very good because the water was still high but Max had fun practicing casting with his new spinning rod.



The week was spent up at the cabin but we did make a day trip down to Billings to see all the relatives. First stop Grandma Great's house.

Back From The Cabin-Part 1

The first hike of the week was to Hellroaring Falls. It had been forever since I had been and a first for my family.








We boated over to Picnic Rock for lunch one day....also another first for the kids.



Morgan & Emily hiked to Elk Lake for their first time. They did a great job and were quite proud of the 6 mile hike under their belt.
