If you were a fly on the wall......

......this would be the conversation you would hearing at our house tonight.

All 3 kids got chocolate Easter Bunnies and have been nibbling on them since Easter. Tonight Morgan was putting peanut butter on hers....it was killing Wayne....he was dying for a bite. She finally gave in and said he could have a little bite. Emily says," I will give you the rest of mine Dad for a dollar." I reply, " I will give you 50 cents for it." Wayne comes back with, " I'll give you 75 cents."

Not sure what is worse: Wayne and I bargaining for a piece of chocolate from our kids or the fact that right after the conversation I said, " Oh I am totally putting this conversation on my blog tonight."

Batter Up!

Today was the girl's first softball game of the season. It was chilly but the "Monarchs" did great.

Water Test

Max has been wanting some swim goggles. We decided to try them out in the shower tonight. Can you tell the Acobas are ready for summer?

Super Soaker

Max got a much needed hair cut today. I told him if he was a big boy at the hair cut place that we would go to the dollar store and he could pick something out. He went right for the super soaker. It is far from a summer day today, but we filled up a bucket and he squirted it onto the driveway. I don't know if I should be concerned.....but he has the same sparkle and mischievous grin on his face while he is doing this.....just like his Papa!

Best Pals

Pey came over this afternoon to hang out with Max for a little bit. He was thrilled to have someone besides Mom to play with!

Morgan's Injury

Morgan almost broke her arm playing softball.........april fool's......this is the trick that she played on her teacher this morning :-)
